The die head design is unreasonable, and the shaping section is too long.
② If the gap between the die heads is too small, the melt will break during extrusion. Die heads that are compatible with the raw materials should be selected.
③ The temperature at the die opening is too low. Increase the temperature.
④ Insufficient mixing in the extruder. Check the temperature, filter screen, etc.
⑤ There are carbonized resins and other substances inside the die opening, and the discharge is disordered. The die head should be cleaned.
