(1)HDPE Fold
High Density Polyethylene (HDPE for short) is a kind of thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non polarity.The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white,and the micro blog section is translucent to a certain extent.PE has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals.Certain types of chemicals can cause chemical corrosion,such as corrosive oxidants(concentrated nitric acid),aromatic hydrocarbons (xylenes),and halogenated hydrocarbons (carbon tetrachloride).The polymer is non hygroscopic and has good water vapor resistance,and can be used for packaging purposes.HDPE has good electric properties,especially the high dielectric strength of insulation,making it very suitable for wires and cables.Medium to high molecular weight grades have excellent impact resistance,even at -40F low temperature.
(2)LDPE Fold
Low density polyethylene (LDPE) is a kind of plastic material,which is suitable for various molding processes of thermoplastic molding.and has good molding processbility.LDPE is mainly used for film products,injection molding products,medical appliances,pharmaceutical and food packaging naterials,blow molding hollow molding products,etc.
(3)LLDPE Fold
Linear low-density polyethylene is different from ordinary low-density polythylene in structure because there is no long branched chain.The linearity of LLDPE depends on different production and processing processes of LLDPE and LDPE.LLDPE is usually produced by copolymerization of ethylene and advanced a-olefins such as diene,ethylene or octene at lower temperatures and pressures.LLDPE polymer produced during copolymerization has narrower molecular weight distribution than ordinary LDPE,and has different rheological properties due to tis linear structure.
