2. Bag-making length regulator: bag-making length can be adjusted by changing the position of connecting rod sleeve on the eccentric dragging plate, and bag-making size can be adjusted by tightening hand wheel and nut.
3. Overrunning Clutch: CSSC overrunning clutch is an important part of this machine. Its quality and performance directly affect the error of the product length. If it is found that the bag-making length error occurs in the production process (usually after half a year of continuous production), but it cannot be solved after troubleshooting other faults, the clutch can be disengaged for inspection and maintenance.
4. Adjustment of welding line and cutting line distance: the distance between welding line and cutting line is generally 5-10mm. Rotate the handwheel on the adjusting frame to make the beam roller rise or fall a certain distance to get the ideal cutting line. In order to observe the quality of the welding wire, the position of the single bottom line welding wire can be adjusted to the outer end of the machine cutter. If the welding line and the bottom line are not parallel, loosen the fastening screw of one bevel gear and turn the handwheel to raise or lower one end of the roller of the beam; After the production is stable, tighten the screw of the gear.
5. Welding knife adjustment method: put a sheet of thin paper on the supporting seat, rotate the large hand wheel in the body box by hand to make the welding knife at the lower dead point, loosen the nut and adjust the nut, and try to pull the compression degree of both ends of the thin paper by hand until it is about equal. After adjusting, lock the nut tightly to prevent loosening.
6. Automatic light-controlled feeding device: This device is composed of servo motor, feeding roller, light-controlled film screen, screen, photoelectric tracking machine and electric control line. Its function is to keep normal film feeding in the production process. When the machine is running, when the film feeding speed is too fast and the light control rays are covered, the device will issue instructions to stop the motor rotating and feeding.
