Item repair is the abbreviation of project repair.It refers to the targeted repair of some parts or items of the web Slitter that cannot meet the production requirements according to the structural status.During repair,the slitter shall be partially disassembled,inspected,repaired or replaced.If necessary,partial scraping and correction shall be carried out to ensure that the equipment reaches the original accuracy and integrity to meet the requirements of the production process.
For the item repair of the web Slitter,the repaired or replaced parts are about 10%~30% of the reference parts,but the total repia area generally does not exceed 40% of the area.Most repair items of item repair are carried out by full-time maintenance workers at the production site.
This repair mainly includes the following contents:
Check the accuracy of the web slitterto determine the parts to be disassembled,disassembled,repaired or replaced.
2.Clean,repair or replace the parts to be repaired.
3.Clean,dredge all lubricating parts and change oil.
4.All repaired equipment shall be inspected according to the accuracy inspection standards specifiied in the repir accuracy,production accuracy or item repair technical task issued by the Ministry during item repair can be appropriately relaxed.
