The machine adopts PLC touch screen control and servo motor to control fixed length cutting.
The transmission system adopts centralized control of pneumatic and photoelectric sensors,which integrates light,electricity and gas.It has the advantages of simple operation,mechanical stability and low noise.
Motor frequency conversion speed regulation,automatic counting,alarm shutdown and magnetic particle tension control are adopted.It can be cut longitudinally in multiple sections,and the waste dege is automatically eliminated by fan.
Multiple rolls can be cut horizontally and vertically at the same time.
The side conveying materials can be connected to the packaging machine.
