Rotary Die Head Single Film Extruder is a professional monolayer blown film extrusion equipment. It adopts rotary die head structure, matched with single-screw extrusion system. The machine processes plastic pellets such as LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE into uniform plastic film. The rotary die head can evenly distribute the melt flow line, effectively eliminate film thickness deviation, and obtain smooth film roll, which greatly improves the film flatness and winding quality. This unit is compact in layout, easy to operate and stable in running, widely used for packaging film production.
Advantages：
The rotary die head is the highlight of this machine. Continuous rotation of die head makes the thickness tolerance spread evenly around the film, avoiding cumulative thickness difference on film roll. The screw and barrel are made of high-quality alloy steel with nitriding treatment, featuring good wear resistance and stable plasticizing effect. Frequency conversion speed control system realizes stepless adjustment of extrusion speed.
Application Range：
This single film extruder is suitable for producing various monolayer plastic films. Common finished films include shopping bag film, agricultural mulch film, textile packaging film, food inner packaging film and industrial wrapping film. It can also run biodegradable raw materials for eco-friendly film production.
