Description
This double screw ABA plastic film blowing machine is independently developed and manufactured by Ruian Mingfeng Machine. Equipped with two complete extrusion systems, the unit adopts vertical lifting die head, overhead operation & maintenance platform, independent segmented temperature control cabinet, online corona surface treatment device and automatic double-station winding machine, forming a complete integrated film production line. It is a cost-effective three-layer co-extrusion film equipment widely recognized by plastic packaging factories worldwide.
1.Two separate extruders work together in the double screw ABA plastic film blowing machine to produce A-B-A three-layer composite film in one forming process.
2.Two extruders supply virgin PE material to form the outer and inner A layers of the film, delivering outstanding transparency, printing adhesion and tensile toughness for finished film.
3.The shared middle B layer channel supports large addition of calcium carbonate masterbatch, recycled plastic scraps and biodegradable PLA/PBAT raw materials, which greatly cuts raw material production costs without sacrificing film quality.
4.After being melted and plasticized, materials are co-extruded through a three-layer co-extrusion die head of the double screw ABA plastic film blowing machine. The formed film bubble is cooled by air ring, pulled and flattened, processed by online corona treatment, then automatically wound into neat finished film rolls.
