3)A separate intelligent temperature control cabinet is arranged on the left side. Multi-section independent temperature control ensures uniform and stable plasticization. The intuitive control panel is user-friendly for new operators, while high temperature control accuracy cuts down raw material consumption.
4)It can process high-pressure PE, low-pressure PE and LLDPE separately with simple material switching. A single machine meets the production demands of various plastic bag raw materials, offering strong versatility and high cost performance.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
The equipment adopts a packaging solution of fully wrapped with PE stretch film and fixed with wooden pallets. This design effectively protects the equipment from dust, scratches and minor impacts during storage and transportation, ensuring the equipment's appearance and core components remain intact.
From the warehouse storage of the factory to the transfer by forklifts, to the loading onto vehicles, and finally to the sealing of the containers, the entire process adheres to the specifications for transporting heavy equipment. Combined with the fixed devices of the transportation vehicles, it minimizes the impact of transportation jolts on the equipment to the greatest extent.
