This mini nylon bag making machine is compactly designed for small workshops and startup factories. It works with HDPE, LDPE and nylon film to produce flat bags, T-shirt shopping bags and garbage bags. Equipped with servo control, auto tension adjustment, heat sealing and cold cutting system, it runs stably with low power consumption, easy operation and simple maintenance. Small footprint saves workshop space. Widely used for food packaging, grocery, garment and daily packing. Custom size and optional punching device are available.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
The equipment adopts a packaging solution of fully wrapped with PE stretch film and fixed with wooden pallets. This design effectively protects the equipment from dust, scratches and minor impacts during storage and transportation, ensuring the equipment's appearance and core components remain intact.
From the warehouse storage of the factory to the transfer by forklifts, to the loading onto vehicles, and finally to the sealing of the containers, the entire process adheres to the specifications for transporting heavy equipment. Combined with the fixed devices of the transportation vehicles, it minimizes the impact of transportation jolts on the equipment to the greatest extent.
