This cold cut bottom sealing plastic bag machine is an automatic bag making machine for flat bottom seal plastic bags. It completes film unwinding, bottom sealing, cold cutting and bag collection in one continuous workflow, compatible with LDPE, HDPE and LLDPE films.
Stable Bottom Sealing
The machine uses constant temperature bottom sealing unit to create strong and leak-proof seal. The sealing edge is uniform and can bear good pulling force, suitable for lightweight and medium packaging bags.
Clean Cold Cutting
Adopts physical cold cutting instead of hot melting cutting. The bag edge is smooth without burr, no sticking or burnt edge. It avoids common defects of hot cutting bags.
Easy Operation & Wide Use
Equipped with PLC touch screen for quick setting of bag length and speed. It can produce supermarket bags, garbage bags and general flat packaging bags. Ideal equipment for plastic bag manufacturers.
