This horizontal type slitting and rewinding machine adopts PLC programmable control system, which is controlled by automatic tension. It uses touch screen and human-computer interface to operate, and can centrally display and control working status, speed, tension and other parameters. The machine has one button start stop design, which can realize linkage control of tension switch, main motor start stop, etc. Before starting the machine, you only need to input some simple parameters, such as the thickness, diameter and speed of raw materials. All the work is automatically calculated by the computer.

The horizontal type slitting and rewinding machine is designed with metering function during rewinding, preset metering function for automatic stop and automatic stop function at the end of unwinding. It uses a horizontal structure with the unwinder and rewinder on different sides. Air expansion shaft and pressure roller are used for upper and lower rewinding. One end of the winding shaft can be rotated to facilitate unloading. The machine has a heavy-duty rotating structure (not a universal joint). Rewinding adopts high brand eversion magnetic powder clutch, which has fast cooling.
