3. Compared with the heating of the resistor, the heating speed of the electromagnetic heater is more than a quarter of the heating time, reducing the heating time.
4. Compared with the heating of the resistor, the heating speed of the electromagnetic heater is fast, and the production efficiency is improved, so that the motor is saturated and reduced it. The electrical energy loss caused by high power and low demand.
The above four points are the reasons why the electromagnetic heater is as high as 30%-70%of energy on the film blower.
