1. Feeder system:

Timely clean the filter, check whether the negative pressure feeding system leakage.

2. Extruder system:

(1) Observe the current of the pressure instrument and the main motor, and clean the net changer in time

(2) Check whether the gear box, screw and main motor have noise and overheating

(3) Check the frequency, current and temperature rise of the frequency converter, and clean the dust of the motor and frequency converter on time.

(4) Correct the error between thermocouple measurement and actual temperature.

(5) Correct the placement of the extruder and adjust the groove wheel to ensure the placement Angle and level of the extruder.

3. Die head system:

(1) The secondary heating method is adopted to heat the machine to avoid temperature overshooting.

(2) Before the shutdown, use pure copper scraper to clean the accumulated material, paraffin wax to clean the mouth of the film, and reduce the influence of precipitate on the film bubble.

(3) Cover protective felt in time after shutdown to avoid mold damage. (The upper blowing machine adopts this method)

(4) Regularly check the temperature zone and the temperature and current of the membrane heating plug-in, and correct the temperature difference.

(5) Calibrate the horizontal and center point of the die head to match the traction.

(6) Mold screw disassembly using torque wrench, according to the specified torque operation, high temperature part of the screw using molybdenum disulfide grease.

(7) The welding and cutting of molds are prohibited.
