1. Check whether the unit can be installed as required and whether the bolts are tightened.
2. Check whether the lubricating oil of the gearbox and air compressor is smooth, and whether the mechanical transmission parts are smooth.
3. Check power and electrical appliances on site and all parts should be safely grounded.
4. If the bucket is not filled with plastic and the temperature does not meet the requirements, stop starting.
5. Check whether there is any foreign body when discharging, and whether there is any iron filings or other unqualified materials mixed in the original data.
6. The data request should be drilled, otherwise pre-drilled should be stopped.
7. Check whether the unit heating system and temperature measuring system are in good condition.
8. During the starting process, the unrelated personnel should be isolated to avoid overheating of parts of the material, injury of the belt and concrete cylinder, and hair and clothing being entangled.
