2. The main motor of bag-making machine starts to run at low speed, then adjust the edge control, and divide the membrane in the middle position; At the same time, the left and right collet rollers of the bag making machine should be adjusted to align the left and right films, and the front and rear collet rollers should be adjusted to align the pattern.
3. In the production process, if it is found that there is abnormal noise or the temperature is too high in the operation of the automatic bag making machine, the quality of the bag making is good or bad, which needs to be adjusted. Requires the quality inspector to conduct inspection, or repair, and so on after inspection. Sort out the produced bags, eliminate the bags with quality defects and tie them well according to the regulations.
4. Immediately according to the production requirements, wrap the film, adjust the size of the bag, install the heat sealing knife, and preliminarily adjust the position of the slitting knife and the heat sealing knife. When everything is ready, you can turn on the power supply of the bag making machine and set the temperature of the heat sealing knife according to the process requirements.
5. After the completion of the whole bag-making work, disconnect the main power switch of the bag-making machine, and then disconnect the power switches of all parts. All staff should clean up and keep in good condition.
