Two extruders of the double extruder ABA PE film blowing machine transport virgin PE raw materials to shape the inner and outer A layers of the film, endowing finished film with excellent transparency, printing adhesion and tensile toughness. Its shared middle B layer runner allows massive addition of calcium carbonate masterbatch, recycled plastic and biodegradable materials, effectively reducing raw material costs while keeping stable film quality.
After melting and plasticization, raw materials are co-extruded through the three-layer co-extrusion die head matched with the double extruder ABA PE film blowing machine. The extruded film bubble goes through air ring cooling, traction flattening and online corona surface treatment, and finally gets automatically wound into tidy finished film rolls.
