The drawstring bag making machine is a fully automatic equipment for mass‑producing various plastic drawstring bags. It completes film unwinding, drawstring feeding, heat sealing, cutting and finished‑bag output in one continuous process. Compatible with LDPE, HDPE and biodegradable films, it is widely used to make garbage bags and household packaging bags.
The automatic rope‑threading unit ensures accurate drawstring positioning inside the bag mouth. Stable rope‑feeding tension effectively reduces drawstring offset and slipping issues, guaranteeing reliable draw‑up performance of finished bags.
This machine adapts to different film materials and bag sizes. It can produce flat drawstring bags, roll‑type drawstring garbage bags for household, hotel and commercial use. Simple operation and easy maintenance help customers lower labor and production costs.

How to solve common problems of finished drawstring garbage bags
Most of the following faults are caused by commissioning or raw material factors, not inherent defects of the machine.
1,Drawstring misalignment, rope slips off when pulled
Readjust the position of the rope‑threading unit to keep the drawstring centered inside the bag mouth fold. Balance tension of rope guide wheels. Check EPC film deviation correction system. Synchronize rope feeding speed with film running speed, make sure rope coil runs smoothly without tangling.
2,False heat‑seal, seal splits under pulling force
Adjust heat‑sealing temperature according to film material. Reduce production speed for sufficient heat‑seal time. Increase pressure of heat‑seal rollers. Clean dirt and melted material on sealing knives or rollers. Follow recommended heat‑seal parameters for biodegradable films.
3,Uneven interleave stacking, bumpy and loose finished reels
Reset servo timing and offset value of interleave winding mechanism. Stabilize film tension across the whole line. Keep traction speed synchronized with stacking unit. Fasten the paper core shaft. Adjust pressure of rewind roller to proper level.
4,Bags are too thin and easy to break
This problem is not machine‑related. Use film with qualified thickness, reduce the proportion of recycled material. Avoid excessive heat‑seal temperature which makes bags brittle.
