Functional Features of Automatic Star Seal Carrier Bag Making Machine
1. The entire process is controlled by a PLC computer, making the operation intuitive.
2.Equipped with a dedicated star seal knife and a specially designed punching knife, it can achieve a unique star-shaped bottom sealing structure.
3.From the film roll to the finished bag, it is completed in one go, with the entire process of bag making, bottom sealing, punching, winding and changing being automated.
4.Star seal roll bag machine each line is independently equipped with an EPC deviation correction system to automatically correct the deviation of the film.
5.The fully automatic "non-stop" winding and changing cycle automatically changes and unrolls when the preset count is reached.
PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTATION
The equipment adopts a packaging solution of fully wrapped with PE stretch film and fixed with wooden pallets.
